Theodore “Teddy” Schiele

Teddy is the Chief Consulting Officer at Schiele Consulting Group. He is a highly transformational business development consultant with proven success in scaling start-ups, small and medium sized businesses.  Teddy has 15+ years of proven growth development and strategic marketing responsibility developed at pre-funded startups and other private enterprises, and a retired leader in the U.S. Army National Guard. His expertise is leading, coaching, and developing cross-functional, high-performing teams and organizations through enterprise transformational change in the most dynamic, complex, and high-risk environments.  
Teddy earned his B.S. in Biblical Studies from Amridge University and his M.S. in Management and Leadership with a concentration in Marketing from Amridge University.
