BIMS Week 2023 Split Pay Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in paying for Black In Marine Science Week in four installments. Please review the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your payment plan:
1. The payment plan option is only available to purchase registration for Black In Marine Science Week 2023.
2. The payment plan includes four equal installments over six weeks.
For example, members using their early bird discount will pay a $100 deposit and then three other payments of $100

3. The first installment payment is due at the time of purchase, with the remaining three installments due on the same day of the week as the initial purchase date bi-weekly.
4. Failure to make any of the installment payments will result in the cancellation of the payment plan.
5. In the event of a refund request, the refund will be processed within 30 days of the last payment. Refunds can only be requested within 30 days of the last day of BIMS Week.
6. Any changes to the payment plan, such as changing the payment date or amount, must be made at least three business days prior to the scheduled payment date.
7. By selecting the payment plan option, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
