Germain's decade-long career spans the non-profit, climate-tech, and technology sectors. He has spearheaded initiatives at a variety of environmental and technology startups, gaining valuable experience in driving organizational growth, streamlining operations, and implementing innovative solutions. His expertise extends to leading and co-founding several startups in the tech and environmental sectors. Germain is also an experienced Generative AI Developer with a strong background in Product and AI Commercialization Strategy, custom AI models, and scalable solutions. His passion for using technology to combat climate change and advocate for ocean and environmental justice is evident in his work. Germain leads efforts to create a more inclusive and equitable marine science field, dedicated to understanding and mitigating the disproportionate impacts of environmental change on underserved communities. He believes that by combining technological innovation with social awareness, we can forge a path towards a more sustainable and just world. Germain's unique blend of skills and experience is rooted in his educational background. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from West Texas A&M University.
