Ebony Twilley Martin is the Founder and Principle of The Regenerative Leadership Lab, an executive advisory practice focused on organizational strategy and stakeholder systems. She is the former Executive Director of Greenpeace USA.
An accomplished operations strategist and justice activist, Ebony has over fifteen years of experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. At Greenpeace USA, she provided leadership in developing and managing the organization's overall strategic direction, representation, policy, resources, operations, and communication.
Through the Regenerative Leadership Lab, Ebony helps leaders, executive teams, and boards move from extraction to regeneration, building leadership systems that renew capacity, align priorities with real resources, and stay anchored in purpose under pressure. Her work spans philanthropy and fundraising strategy, governance and organizational resilience, and the intersection of sustainability and emerging technology, including AI, data centers, and the abundance agenda.
